We had a really good stay at this hotel. Bed was comfy, front-desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was awesome. The location is good, a few blocks off the main drag of Gran Via and a block or two from the Plaza de Espana metro station. The room was big enough and clean enough. “Great service and comfortable”
It may not have all the mod cons but makes up for it in helpful & friendly staff especially when you can only say "Hola "in spanish. Nothing was too much trouble. Location was easy walking distance to the Palace and restaurant. Also all day acess drinking water and coffee was a life saver.

“A good stay”
It was a good hotel. Well located in the center of Madrid, and clean rooms. The breakfast was not that rich and the room was small for the rate per night. Yet I cannot complain as it is a 3* hotel and it was very clean. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
