Our group of 18 stayed here for two nights on our trip through Spain. The hotel is clean, the rooms are larger than in other hotels we have been to and the staff is friendly and helpful. The free Wi-Fi was very good and the beds were comfortable. The onsite restaurant is one of the best we have experienced on our trip. Would recommend this hotel.

“WELL SATISFIED”

My wife and I were very pleased with the hotel. It had a wide, inviting lobby and quick, larger than typical European elevators. The room was spacious and the bathroom well lit and very nice. My wife and I were very pleased with the hotel. It had a wide, inviting lobby and quick, larger than typical European elevators. The room was spacious and the bathroom well lit and very nice. The room was clean, bright and airy. The shower had great hot water but the pressure was a little lacking. One inconvenience was that there were no outlets next to the bed. WIFI was spotty and there were English speaking news stations if you wanted them. The restaurant had very good food. One issue is its location. It is not really close to any attractions or the city center and there were only two other restaurants close by.

Our family of four (three adults and one child) needed a hotel in Madrid that offered enough beds, a central location, and a reasonable nightly rate. After narrowing our search to two options, we chose this one based on the photos—though we were slightly apprehensive due to the number of negative reviews. While some of the criticisms proved accurate, they weren’t significant enough to make us regret our decision. Areas for improvement: - The staff seemed a bit distant, especially when we didn’t speak Spanish. Simple requests—such as arranging a taxi or inquiring about the floor or Wi-Fi—were often met with an irritated expression. Perhaps, this could be improved upon.... - Being located on a busy street, the noise from honking vehicles and revving motorcycles was noticeable at night. However, this is expected in a centrally located hotel. - We opted not to try the breakfast after reading several unsettling reviews, so we can’t comment on that firsthand. Instead try some of the local breakfast spots that are much more affordable and offer a variety of choices. Positive aspects: - We had a family suite with 2 rooms having two twin comfortable beds in each. So, it was pretty roomy and the bathroom was clean and modern. - The hotel's location is excellent, with a bus stop right in front that takes you to Plaza Mayor in just 15 minutes for 1.5 euros per person. - There's a well-stocked Lidl grocery store within 100 meters, perfect for picking up water and other essentials. - The area boasts several great coffee shops and eateries. We highly recommend Rostelliers for breakfast and coffee—it was affordable and offered delicious choices.

I was on a tour and they had booked Hotel Praga, I stayed on my own for two nights and two nights with the tour so in all I stayed 4 nights. The location of the hotel is very central. Few rooms are very small, and few rooms are medium sized. Rooms were clean. The bathroom is very small and provides basic amenities. The staff was efficient and guided me well with local transport. The breakfast spread was decent. It had few options . Food taste was ok. I wouldn’t say it is value for money- little expensive. It is a business hotel and good for work travelers.
