“100/1000000 Number 1 hotel in Serrano !”
Everything was perfect! Best location, the room and bathroom were very very clean (cleaned every day),amazing breakfast and wonderful staff!!! This is my second time at this hotel and not the last time for sure. Thank you 🙏🏻

“Triple A location”
Location is fantastic: and despite being on Serrano I experienced zero noise (2nd floor). Bed and pillows are good as is the bathroom. The only thing I missed was a (small) desk one could work on. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Price was on the steep side (north of 300 EUR for a single room).
