“Perfect in all respects!”
Service is impeccable, food is exquisite and the place is great. Some recommendations are in order: · Always book before going to Rincón de Traspalacio. It tends to be full. · Best dishes: Salmorejo (whenever they have it), and Risotto.

“Rustic charm”
Fabulous place to stay. Friendly staff. Excellent value. Rooms were clean, spacious and airy. Loved the dining area with all it's rustic woodwork, and furniture. Breakfast was simple and unfussy. Robledo itself is a nice little town, way up in the mountains above Madrid. Bars stay open til the last… more
