I came here for my third week in Spain during this 5 or 6 week trip. I had spent the second week in a cramped room in Toledo. I was missing my kitchen, wanted to spread out a bit more, and this hotel was the remedy for my woes. I got there really early on the first flight from Madrid, they grumbled a bit about my early arrival, and I do not know why because they had a room ready for me. The room was ideal, the kitchenette all seemed new and had enough bits and pieces to be able to rustle up moules in cider with cream. Massive fridge and there is even a washing machine. It was cool having my own apartment in Burlata for a week Turns out I suck at working out hotel locations. I had decided this place was 4 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the old town in Pamplona. Not the hotel's fault that I suck at directions. But it is quite a run from the airport and about 40 mins walk to the cathedral. This corner of Burlata itself seems to have two things. Supermarkets and car dealerships. Not much else and absolutey nothing open on a Sunday. Burlata proper seemed quite bustling and has lots of amenities The walk into Pamplona centro is itself interesting. You walk along a dual carriageway, then turn off and boom. You are in the countryside, a short walk over a dangerous bridge and you are in the centre I found it hard to believe this building was originally designed as hotel suites. The corridors seem abnormally wide, I asked, they said nope, they have always been suites. The building itself is kinda goofy looking and some would say unpleasant looking, but inside the apartments are excellently maintained. Receptionists were friendly and laid back. Room cleaning staff were super fast and charming. Definitely will stay again.

“Great apartment ready for long stays”

Great one bedroom apartment, ready for long stays. Our unit was 419, view to the back, with living room, kitchen with utensils, full size refrigerator/freezer and washer, bathroom, bedroom, and an open place to dry clothes. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. I parked the car in front of the hotel… more

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. I parked the car in front of the hotel parking spaces without charges.

Stayed here on a recent business trip to Pamplona for only one night. Arrived at around 9pm and found the lovely lady at check in more than helpful as our rooms were ready and waiting for us . After getting out of the elevator i thought that The Running Of The Bulls ( San Fermin) took place down the hotel corridors as they were very tired and needed painting and plastering. Once I entered the room however it was a totally different experience. What a fantastic room for the money. I had a separate bedroom with a kitchenette and lounge area with large flat screen tv. The bathroom and the lounge area were spotlessly clean and this was not a coincidence as my 3 other colleagues I was traveling with and their 3 rooms were of exactly the same standard. The lady at reception spoke good English and did her best to find us a Mexican restaurant that was open that late at night ( around 10pm by this stage). Breakfast the next morning was nice with a good selection of cold cuts , eggs , juices and so forth. The location is not the best as it is a km or two out of town but everything around Pamplona is a very short taxi ride away. Really nice hotel and friendly staff. I am sorry that I was only here for one night and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel if you are visiting Pamplona or the surrounding area.

The hotel is kind of on the outskirts of town - in a suburb in fact. One thing we didn't like was that the reception was nicely air conditioned but they wouldn't turn it on for the rooms! I turned it on and it was blowing hot air but the nice young lady at reception said 'shut it off, we don't turn it on until June or so'. Grrr! So, you get a/c if you work there, but not if you're a guest! Note to management: If it's unseasonably warm, turn on the a/c in the guest rooms. We had a suite - bedroom and kitchen/living room with TV in the LR only. Parking was right in front of the hotel. The two single beds were pushed together but made up separately. There was a small safe in the closet. There were opening windows in both the BR and the LR and we used them! In the kitchen there was a washing machine which we thought might have a dryer - well, it didn't! But we ended up doing two loads of laundry anyway. The window in the BR had 2 clothes lines inside an outside glass area - we dried a few things out there. The rest dried in the closets. There was a full sized fridge-freezer, electric stove with oven & a sink. We were told we needed to clean everything we used and were given a package with sponge and a sorta-towel. There was dish soap provided but it was really thin and I suspect cut with water to save money. We did cook food we purchased at the nearby grocery store. Hamburgers and salad one night, pasta another night with a cheese sauce and added hamburger. Kitchen had plenty of room for cooking. We walked to Pamplona and back. Racked up 7 miles, but that was because we got lost 3 times. May not be possible for some, but it was great for us not to have to look for parking in the city. Saw many people following the Camino de Santiago (St. James Way).
