“Wonderful warm and friendly hotel”
Wonderful hotel and staff in a great location. The room was spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast in the room at a time our choosing was a lovely gesture

A great hotel in a fantastic location. Easy to explore the old town with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped. “Great hotel”
Great location def best area to stay in. Staff were very friendly and certainly helpful. Loads of bars restaurant nearby. Shops within walking distance. Would definitely return.. We had lovely room with hot tub very quiet beds v comfy. Couldn't hear noise outside.

Positives Good central location in barrio del Carmen close to main tourist sites including the cathedral, Mercado Central and La Lonja de la Seda (gothic silk & commodity market). Decent sized room and simple breakfast served in room was a nice touch with fresh OJ. Negatives Hotel was let down… more
