“Totally recommend!”

Very good location , easy to get from aeroport and easy to explore the city. The location seemed to be new very good equipped. Totally recommend and I hope to return soon. Very helpful stuff. Coffee bars and bus stations very close and very close to Turia parc

Nice stay in what looks like. a fairly new serviced apartment complex with 24/7 reception. We had the premium apartment which was perfect for our family of four. Nice stay in what looks like. a fairly new serviced apartment complex with 24/7 reception. We had the premium apartment which was perfect for our family of four. Two smart tv’s in each room, nice big shower. As happens often, water temperature can be a bit hit or miss. With hot water not always available because of the gas heated boilers. Be careful with showering young children unsupervised, as despite setting the temperature, the water temperature can still suddenly change to boiling hot. Located very conveniently within alking distance near the wonderful Turia park. The historical centre is about 30 minutes of walking away. València is a well connected public transport city, so many buses around. Plenty of places to eat and drink and get breakfast. Our favourite spot was L' encant de cattleya, just opposite the road. Very good coffee and nice selection of pastries and sandwiches for a very decent price. Other improvement points are the fact that the beds were too short for us (1m91), the blinds of the windows can get very noisy when windy (the apartment building is located opposite the Music Palace, with the wind basically blowing in a massive open space) and that staff could be more friendly, i.e. making eye contact and saying hello when entering or leaving the building. They were more busy with themselves, phones or whatever it is they’re doing, looking down behind their desk.

Very good value for money. The apartment was very spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities, including kitchen facilities. Cleaning was done every day and bottled water and coffee capsules were provided. It has a 24-hour reception service, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located very close to the Mestalla stadium and the Palau de la Música in Valencia and has easy access to public transport. The Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias is very easy to reach on foot.
