Very well located less than a minute walk from the Ulriksdal train station which has very frequent fast commuter trains into Stockholm City with easy connections to all other public transport. Staff were pleasant and efficient. The room was fine providing a very good sleep. There are also buses just outside the note too which were very convenient for direct routes to two of the royal palaces, Drottningholm and Ukriksdal in the opposite direction. Would recommend especially due to the excellent train connections.

Too Long Didn’t Read / TLDR: This is a hotel just outside of Stockholm centre, with a quick train journey. It was OK. My usual practicals section; The windows in this hotel do not open as expected in a modern hotel. There is a full 5G signal on Tele2, and WiFi available in the room. The Good; 
The bed was large, and comfortable - but not so much the pillows (more on that below) The room was large, by Swedish hotel room standards at least in my experience. The bathroom was clean. 
The Not So Good: Check in staff weren’t trained well on Bonvoy status benefits unfortunately. I had to show the app to get basic member services arranged. This was especially cringeworthy for me, as I’m the sort of traveller that winces during the ‘thank you for being a bonvoy member’ script. If you check in when the bar is in full flow, it’s also additionally super loud and echo’y in the reception area, so its hard to make out what the check in staff are saying, which I'm sure adds to communication problems. The pillows in the room were those ones where one isn’t enough and two is too many. Too much in the room fixtures and fitting wise were tired - for a relatively new hotel, this is disappointing - the door handles for one, never quite worked properly and felt loose. The Weird: The Gym and Spa, whilst the website says the spa isn’t included, it sort of is, for 1 hour a day but for only one guest in the room. Very odd for a hotel to restrict the time in the gym, and if this isn’t the case and there is a fitness centre somewhere else in the hotel, it is badly communicated through the documentation you are given. There is no free breakfast amenity if you are platinum with Marriott, with the reason given as ‘the breakfast provider is an external business’. - but I could pay for it with my $10 per day credit - which felt oddly backwards to the previous statement. The mirror is opposite your head in bed to one side. With a table and chair in the way. So there’s not really a full length mirror in the room that is usable. Given the amount of space in the room, and lots of wall space to accommodate a mirror, this was an incredibly weird design choice. The shower controls are, frankly, baffling. In Summary: This hotel is somewhere between and 2 and a 3. In part because of the issues at check in, in part because the room was tired in places and not particularly well designed. It only gets towards a 3 because it is so close to the station. I don’t think I’ll return here to the hotel, unfortunately.

The first impression was great as our room (family room) is fairly ok sized. Then I notice many problems. 1. The shower was a big disappointment. The handheld shower head had no water at all, and only the overhead one worked. I reported the issue, but the service person only came after three nights – and I was staying for four nights in total. Very poor maintenance and extremely slow service. 2. The glass in the bathroom was dirty (or disgusting). I gave it to the reception on the 2nd day morning and asked for the complaint. And no feedback even after I checked out! 3. There are dirty stains on the bed line and pillow. Not sure if they checked it when they prepared the room. Luckily they changed after my complaint. 4. I also notice the hotel is not really well cleaned and maintained. There are many mold spots visible, which is quite disgusting. 5. The dual-flush toilet in my room was not functioning properly – the small flush button was broken. This was inconvenient and also shows poor maintenance of the facilities. 6. They gave me a voucher for one hour to the spa per day. But it is ridiculous that they then want to charge the kids. And you need to book it in advance! Are you really serious? As a Platinum member, I am quite shocked for the service level while the facility is fairly new and has a great price for value in Stockholm. (Great commuting to Stockholm: 10 min drive by train and train comes every 10-15 min)
