“Nice hotel just minutes away from Stockholm Sentrum”

Nice accessible location. Bus stop right at the front of hotel corner. Good breakfast buffet. Nice swimming pool and gym facilities. Very close to Nacka shopping senter. Very nice and helpful hotel staff. Good hotel for the family.

Hotel perfect if you arrive with the Viking Line ferry to Londonviadukten. A short busride brings you to the hotel. The hotel is perfect for children with a pool that can be used free of charge. The hotel Lobby also has a fussball game that was a great hit for my son. The breakfast has everything you need including fresh fruit and pancakes. The staff is flexible and helpful, it is a good place to work in the breakfast area. Lunch in not served but the hotel doesn't mind if you order in from Wolt, they also have me utensils. Only negative thing was that there was no wooden protection around the Sauna stowe so you have to watch your kids careful. There is also no spoon for the bucket in the Sauna. I hope this will be fixed to our next visit, then I will rate the hotel 5 stars.

“QUALITY HOTEL NACKA - clean, comfortable, & value for money”

We stayed for only a night on Sept 18. The room was clean and comfortable, but didn't have air-conditioning or electric kettle. We were told that we could drink water straight from the tap - gladly concur as the tap water was crystal clear without any chlorine smell. Guests had to take hot water from the restaurant - quite inconvenient when you needed a hot cup of coffee or tea. We took the buffet dinner & breakfast at the hotel restaurant which had quite a fabulous spread of local dishes, fruits deserts & salads to suit all kinds of travellers. Enjoyed both meals very much. Would recommend this value-for-money hotel.

The hotel is getting quite old and facilities are thus not at expected level. The jacuzzi is under repair for weeks and the pool is as big as a big bath tube, with side overflow. The hotel is getting quite old and facilities are thus not at expected level. The jacuzzi is under repair for weeks and the pool is as big as a big bath tube, with side overflow. Sauna takes ages to heat and is barely impossible to arrive at expected temperature with clean change room that contains all locked lockers. Rooms are of average size, clean but lack a safe, a refrigerator and a boiler. TV is an old 32" Philips flat screen with a remote connection box that can easily get disconnected. Despite two requests at the reception desk, over 2 successive days, the hotel could not repair the broken lamp on the desk, making late office activities to happen in the dark. Beds are really soft but clean. Bathroom is globally clean but shows evidences of its age. Due to floor heating, leading to the fast drying of the shower siphon. This allows bad smells in the whole room. Hairdryer is installed out of the bath room. Towels are removed from the rooms and not replaced (started with 2 bath towels and ended with only one). The conference center is nicely furbished and is providing good business support. Lobby is equipped with a foosball that is largely broken but can still be played and with a shuffleboard, with a few broken pucks. Restaurants is nicely furnished and the team is quite nice. Correct place to eat a burger with a pint of beer. Breakfast is quite limitative as eggs to the order, hash-brown, baked beans are missing. Some days, soft boiled eggs are clearly overcooked. Coffee is only "American style" and is deceptive considering that there is not boiler in the room. The only positive point here is that the staff correctly tracks the real presence of the customers and only cleans the tables once the customer is really gone. Public transportation access from Stockholm City centre (T-Centralen) is tricky as a change is needed at Slussen, which is not really convenient with luggages.
