“Nice stay for two nights”
The hotel is really beautiful and the location is awesome, staff was really polite and helpful, will stay here next time in sundsvall

“Best city location and perfect service”
My favourite in Sundsvall is this hotel. Nice and friendly service, large breakfast, clean rooms and priceworthy. Quick check-in and clean rooms with the necessary items needed for am overnight stay. Quiet location and stylish building.

“Good but rooms need attention.”
A very luxurious bit abit unattended rooms. Flickering rooflights, broken cord on the closet iron and no handsoap. Small issues but the hotell gives a very luxurious impression so these small things matters. Also hallway floors outside the rooms was dirty with spilled food.

“Classic”
This is a lovely lovely hotel interior wise with the lovely stairs for starters and the bar and restaurant to follow it. Staff was very nice all over. The bed was in a dire need of "must-be-changed" as we met in the middle of it a lot, which is nice, but not all night! It was freezing cold all over… more
