“Hotel Wictoria in Carona times was decent”
I needed to stay one night in Mariestad and this hotel was booked on the day, via their website. For the size of the room and the fact that the hotel was probably nearly empty due to the COVID19 situation, the room was perhaps a little expensive, but this was a good stay overall. “Beautiful room, comfortable bed”
We thought Mariestad would be a nice place to visit in the autumn, but it turned out to be a rather dead town. People stayed indoors in the grey and wet September weekend. “Clean but not fresh”
The Hotel is old and cozy. Clean but not fresh. Could use solen paint and a scrub. Free coffe at the reception witch closes at 9 pm. Free wi-fi but slow. Not that hot water in the shower. Great desk and a lot of electrical cords.

“Friendly Staff”
Hotel staff all very nice. Breakfast was ok. Our room was clean and spacious and overlooked the garden. The wifi was good.
