The hotel was an amazing part of the old city. It was rather difficult to get to, because the directions to go and get through the retractable bollards in the old city are not on the Hilton website. The hotel is very comfortable and has a great location. The staff seem very happy to assist with requests. This is not an over the top style of hotel, but one that provides a quiet retreat from a busy day in Geneva.
