“Great Location, Great Staff”
Wonderful warm greeting on arrival. Staff on reception are so knowledgeable and friendly. Comfortable clean room with a great shower. Nice choice of food at breakfast - great coffee. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

“EXCELLENT HOTEL AND SERVICE”
The hotel is located right at the Interlaken west station which is excellent. “Pleasant stay at Merkur”
The location of the hotel was very convenient. The bus stop and train station were right in front of the hotel. The hotel was very clean. Our room had a spectacular view to the mountains. Breakfast was very good too. Receptionists were kind and helpful.

“A great hotel convenient to the railway station.”
The hotel is very close to the railway station. The reception staff were very welcoming. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The views of the mountains from my room were spectacular.
