“Book it, you wont regret it”
Hotel location is fantastic, and view from the rooms to match. Spa and wellness areas were clean, they almost felt brand new. Hotel staff were super helpful in advising on with hiking routes where open or closed - we felt they went above and beyond to be helpful - would love to go back and explore … more

“Great stay!”
This is a quaint little hotel with lots of class. It took me until getting here to realize it was brown bear and the restaurant is Goldilocks. So cute!! I upgraded to a balcony room and it was well worth it.

“Comfortable stay, wonderful staff, everything you could want for the area”

“Good rooms, not so so good service”
The hotel offers a pleasant stay, especially thanks to its recently renovated infrastructure. However, the service did not meet the same standard as the facilities. Staff responsiveness and attention to detail were lacking, which affected the overall experience.
