This is where you stay if you want your hotel to be part of your Swiss vacation story. The staff is lovely and welcoming. Wow! We absolutely loved this warm, friendly, quaint hotel! The reception staff was exceptional. We again were allowed to check in early, which was a blessing since it had been raining all morning. “Great welcome to Switzerland”
We really enjoyed our stay here. Did two nights after flying to Zurich. Lucern is beautiful and the Hotel Rebstock is so conveniently located. 5 mins walk from the lion sculpture. A beautiful old building, all staff we met wonderful.

“Don't Stay if You Want AC and Wifi”
We stayed here in June 2026 on the top floor - room 165. While the view from the balcony in our room was amazing, there were two problems that prevent me from recommending this hotel.
