“Excellent stay”
Quite possibly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was comfortable, the staff was professional and attentive, the small touches were delightful. “Perfect experience”
If I could rate higher then 5, I would. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was PERFECT. Spacious room with high end finishes. Nothing compared to the view from multiple balconies.

“Location! Location! Location!”
The best location in Lucerne, overlooking the lake and the majestic mountains. A five minute walk to the old town. The rooms are large and elegant. The beds are comfortable, although they use duvets instead of sheets and blankets. Americans may be unaccustomed to that. Bathroom has dual sinks… more
