The hotel is a bit difficult to find at first since it is outside of Zug. It is about a 20 minute drive outside the city. The location is a little industrial, but very safe, great parking area. Inside the hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are very elegant. The staff was very helpful and kind. Keep in mind that if you arrive in the evening hours, the hotel administrator needs to give you a code to access the box with your room key. Great terrace! And very affordable. I was reading a review before and this statement in my title was sticking to my head, and this is what we really want, luxury and free parking and internet of course. So we booked this hotel for 3 night and we arrived very late at 10pm, and i call before hand and the lady said that he leave the key to the room on the key-box outside and she gave me the pin number to open the key-box. So we reached there, getting the key and open the room and WOW, we really amaze with the size of the room and the bed look so comfy and all the decoration is really luxury and then we open the toilet and WOW, we have a jacuzzi inside. really a perfect stay, we took a jacuzzi every night and the sleep quality is perfect here, each side we have 3 pillow so total is 6 pillow, we are a pillow person, so this is already a plus for us. downstair there is a Italian restaurant but we didn't go there because we just coming back from Italy so we had enough of italian food during that time, but the smell is really tempting, we will try it next time. Parking is really in front of the hotel and it is FREE, so nice and internet is good, there was some few hour without internet but somehow it go back up again. There is a coffee machine but the nespresso tablet will cost 3 CHF, so we didnt touch it, a bit strange but anywho. we have 2 WOW and 1 FREE and we are HAPPY

I am uncertain about the criteria that have led to this hotel receiving favorable ratings. Upon our arrival, the establishment resembled a commercial building situated among other businesses, offering no remarkable views. Ahead of our scheduled check-in time, we arrived early to find no receptionist present, only a written note outlining procedures. Throughout our stay, we did not have the opportunity to interact with any front desk staff. The quality of the rooms was adequate but did not warrant the high prices charged. As a frequent traveler and airline pilot, I can attest that the value received did not align with the cost or loyalty points expended. When inquiring about breakfast inclusion, my wife was informed by a staff member, possibly due to a language barrier, that it was indeed complimentary. However, dissatisfied with our experience, we opted to depart early and were subsequently billed $60 Swiss francs, approximately $66 US dollars, for the subpar breakfast service. The location of the hotel is inconveniently remote, necessitating significant expenditures for Uber or taxi services. It is advisable to rent a car instead, as the cost savings compared to transportation expenses would likely offset the rental fees. Pedestrian access to nearby attractions is impractical, necessitating alternative modes of transportation. While the surrounding scenery and the city of Zurich itself are undeniably picturesque, those seeking a truly exceptional hotel experience would be better served exploring alternative accommodations.

This hotel is by a busy road in an uninspiring semi-industrial stretch of land, it is only reachable by car and it has free parking. The building and the reception are definitely not the ones of a four-star hotel, the staff is friendly when you happen to meet them, as the reception is mostly unmanned. Upstairs and especially in the rooms it looks like the owners started off with the idea of doing an upscale boutique hotel but ran out of money in the middle of the project. The rooms are large and clean, the first look is of a stereotypical upscale place (dark wood and gold, black and white prints), but the finishing is sloppy and the details are not fitting the first impression: plastic plants, old coffee machine, etc. This contrast between ambition and execution is everywhere. There is a lobby with a grand piano that leads to a much more modest breakfast room, that serves an average breakfast. It is slightly cheaper than other hotels in the area (for a reason) but a completely decent choice if you have the right expectations.
