“We love this hotel”

“Nice hotel with a bit smaller rooms but close to main Lugano attractions”
This hotel is located in downtown Lugano, close to main bus terminal and city beach and pool complex. It is nice, cozy with very friendly staff. It provides a very nice breakfast. Good basic hotel, but not the cleanest. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic. Everything else largely fine except the room was not very clean - when I arrived there were hairs in the sink, in the bedding etc.
