“Winter Retreat”
We arrived in the snowy wonderland of Bettmeralp and were picked up from the station in what looked like a mini snow plough with caterpillar tracks. “Food is the selling point”
Stayed overnight in order to take a day's trek. Single Room clean and bed comfortable; nothing exceptional either way. But lunched on the terrace and dined in the restaurant. A good menu and wine list and the food excellent. Service warm and friendly. Would stay again for this reason.
