Helpful staff, easy & convenient check in & check out. Transfer from train station can be arranged by hotel staff. Wonderful & beautiful view overlooking Matterhorn. The 3 bedroom apartment is huge, comes w fully equipped kitchen, 3 toilets and a spacious living & sitting area. Love this place!

I booked a studio here and was upgraded to a 3BR. That apartment was very stylish and comfortable with large windows and a great view of town and the Matterhorn. I booked a studio here and was upgraded to a 3BR. That apartment was very stylish and comfortable with large windows and a great view of town and the Matterhorn. It’s just down the street from the Cervo which is a wonderful hotel. The staff were most helpful and organized. They assisted in my luggage storage and provided transfer to the train. The location is a bit of a walk from the main village but that means it’s quiet. Ski lockers and laundry facilities are on site. I’d definitely stay again.

“Great apartment!!”

The view was perfect. We woke up the very first morning and saw the matterhorn in its full glory. The location is about 5 minutes away from the Sunnega station. Also a short walk into the town centre. Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Beautifully decorated too!

Apartment is located uphill about 15min walk from Zermatt train station (nearest convenience store is 5-10mins away). Apartment is located uphill about 15min walk from Zermatt train station (nearest convenience store is 5-10mins away). For guests with several luggages arriving in winter, might be better to request for transfer service as slopes can get slippery. Due to the elevated location, the apartment likely has one of the best unblocked views of Matterhorn compared to most of the other hotels located at the valley which packed next to each other. We stayed in the 2-bedroom Vista apartment for 2 nights. Apart from bedroom and kitchen, housekeeping was disappointing as it was not clean/dusty in other areas of the apartment. Loose furniture items looked dated and tired. There were also several faulty items but these were promptly fixed after we notified the team. With the amazing view, the apartment could have been a much more wonderful stay if not for the hiccups.
