“Switzerland holiday 2024”
The rooms were bare, but the hotel was in a great location 5 minutes from the Zurich train station. Tram stop out the front, so get a No.10 tram from Zurich airport direct to the hotel. “Great job from night staff”
We had a problem with a room, the night manager was able to act swiftly and help us in to a new room. I would recommend this to anyone that is interested in staying in Zurich. The location is in the center and tram is located out side.

“Quality is never an accident - Charming Ms. Traber, best hospitality, all wishes fulfilled”
I stayed at the Royal Hotel for 6 nights. First day, after check-in, Ms. Traber solved my iPhone problems with the router. The room on the 5th floor is perfect for one person. “Okay rooms, great breakfast”
Rooms were small and the bathroom even smaller. However, what the hotel lacks in size, it makes up in the staff and the breakfast. Loved the scrambled eggs, varieties of berries and juices served for breakfast. The lovely breakfast lady gave us fruits to-go for the day and all with a smile!

“Like a dorm room”
This $250+/night hotel gave us 2 twin beds with pancake pillows and low quality towels. It was like a dorm room. Good breakfast and clean room with a good location. Tram stop at front door. Room is Not for mature adults.
