“Efficient hospitality”
I just wanted to say a big Thank You to Saro and Anastasiia for going above and beyond in exceeding my expectations. They went out of their way to accomodate the little mishap I had with my reservation, they truly are an asset to the team at The Flag in Zurich. I will certainly be back!

Amazing hotel and amazing staff. Breakfast was good given what I paid and the vending machine has a wide array of what you would need if you are a midnight snacker like myself. “Functional hotel!”
Staff was very helpful for me as an English speaker. Great place to stay for a good rate. Was a little hot in my room with no ac and not the best ventilation but you get what you pay for.
