Location is average, seems like walking distance to most places being in the city center but yet not quite exactly walking distance especially with the rain. The room is a good size, so is the bathroom with both standing shower and a bathtub. Water pressure in the shower is good. The power supply is only at 110v so the hair dryer is weak and takes a while to dry the hair. I've read comments about the weak hair dryer earlier so I brought my own but didn't expect the power supply to be so weak my own wouldn't work  Bed and pillow are a little soft for my liking. Charging sockets are also limited and while there were 2 universal sockets at the working desk, they are so close to each other you can't plug in both at the same time. There's also a pool and gym here but we didn't get to use it during our short stay here. There's also a sand pit play area for kids on the same level as the pool and gym.

“Solid 4 star”

Rooms were ample size, clean and bedding was good quality. The breakfast was varied but not super high quality of a 5 star, Had a gym and a nice indoor pool, hot spas and saunas. Easy walking to the local train station but cab to high speed station. I would stay here again

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel with my family. The reservation department of the hotel provided excellent service. I requested for interconnecting rooms and the reservation staff called me and explained the available configurations and even thoughtfully asked if a bathroom stool is needed for my old parents. That turned out to be very useful indeed. I was also able to borrow wheelchair from the hotel at no extra cost for the hotel for my mother. The reservation staff also told me that there's Big City mall within walking distance from hotel so that's convenient too. The only snag was when my sister encountered some flush problem with the toilet on the first day in the room she stayed. Overall, however I think in terms of cleanliness etc, it is very good.

I rarely stay at this hotel during my business trips to Taiwan. While the hotel generally maintains its condition well, an unfortunate incident occurred during my recent stay – a cockroach infestation in the shower room, which was quite shocking as it was my first encounter with such an issue. I occupied room 2103 from Nov 13-16 for an event. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was not as good as in my previous visits. Additionally, the lift buttons were covered with hard plastic, making it difficult to press them due to their claimed protection against damage from frequent sanitizing with alcohol. This left me somewhat speechless. Moreover, I faced challenges finding a place that served alcohol, other than beer on level 13 around 5 pm, which was disappointing, especially when catering to customers who wanted a drink.
