“clean and convenient”
2nd time staying here. very comfortable and clean rooms. was offered free late 2pm check-out due to my status I think, definitely helped. free parking is a plus as well.

“Responsiveness I feel can be better”
Although I arrived at the hotel three hours late, I was made to wait for an additional hour. When I followed up, I was informed that they could not provide an estimated time for when a room would be allotted.
