“Great location with lots of food options”
We just stayed one night on the way to Alishan. Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and decent sized with all the usual bath amenities. “Good for a stopover in Hsinchu”
Conveniently located near the Big City mall, has its own undeground automated parking, a little tight but useful. Spacious room, with japanese style toilet, and a shower in a tub (unhandy for tall people). Very nice staff, always kind and helpful.

“Lakeshore Hotel stay - very good”
Very nice hotel, very good service and food. very clean, quiet and friendly people Very attentive and English is not a problem for the staff.... Free laundry if needed and gym.... Very nice place to stay - business traveler.

“Decent Hotel”
The bed is the firmest we had in Taiwan. Most beds in Taiwan that we stayed in are soft and barely offers any support. They also provide extra pillows rather than the standard 1 pillow per pax.
