“It's ok, but there are better options in Hualien”
the map available in tripadvisor is not correct. we got quite lost when arriving there, as nobody would speak English and we couldn't say more than "thank you" in mandarin. we arrived by train. once you leave the station, turn right, and at Zhongshan Rd turn right again.
