“Great stay with kids, and fantastic amenities”
If you have kids, this is a fantastic place to spend a day or two. My kids (12 and 7) had a blast in the game room, the pool, and making crafts. “Superb hotel and Spa”
Visited this hotel primarily to use the hot springs spa on level 5. Was rather shocked at the 800$ price (around twice the price of nearby Chuang-Tang spa) however the Luxury Hotel touches were present in the spa. “many visits over the years”
we do enjoy a few days here when we get the chance. The hot springs is the main draw, and its a pleasant location for strolling. Evening entertainment can be real fun. The food is A+, service friendly, room is very well cared for. I really recall the wood carvings and tables in the lobby.

“Great hot spring baths!”
Great family hotel, lots of kids activities in the kids centre including air hockey, karaoke, Nintendo switch and soft play area. But the highlight has to be the bath house. So many different pools and areas to explore. Great facilities with complimentary drinks and snacks.
