“Caesar Park Hotel Taipei”
Stayed 2 nites here. Very convenient location to Taipei Main Station where u can get connections by MRT, HSR as well as railway to all parts of Taiwan. “Centrally located in Luodong city”
A small hotel with only two floors on the 7th and 8th floor. Rooms are clean and front desk courteous. Breakfast is local spread. Walking distance to Luodong night market, the intercity bus terminal and Luodong train station.

“Location is good but don't choose the room without windows ”
Unless you like it dim, the darkness of the room gives me headache. Poorly designed, there's only a small ceiling lights, the rest are all lamps with dark shades. No central switch, I need to turn on and off one at a time. Breakfast was decent, coffee is nice. Wish there are some fruits or… more

“First visit ”
Location is not quite central but it near to the train station. Room is very big and have good amenities. Staff is friendly and allow check in when I arrive even it before the official time. Room is good to have 4 person in it too. Breakfast is a good range of Taiwan cuisine.
