“Hot Spring Experience”
Great hot spring hotel. Very nice hotel, fantastic buffer breakfast. Nice rooms with built in hot spring tub with a window view. Being a hot spring hotel, it was not close to any shops. The hotel had a coffee shop, restaurants, gym, games room, garden. Very well maintained. Best hotel in Taiwa… more

“Worth a stay”
Room was spacious, have an inbuilt private spa pool inside the room. The hotel is on high land. Can see beautiful scenary . Cons is that there are no amenties near the hotel. Have to take taxi out to get food and groceries. But stay for the great hotel

“No room service after 21.00”
Claims to be a 5 star hotel...... We could not get anything to eat when we arrived at 20.45 - no room service, closed Izakaya, all kitchens closed. Not impressed. The cafe was open and had sandwiches and beef noodles on the menu - however they were only able to serve cake. Luckily UberEats saved… more
