Limited service spacious apartment. Apartment is new and very clean it look exactly same as what appears in the website. No reception on duty during the day except security guard during night time. However, we can access staff on duty at Arcadia Suites which is a sister hotel nearby when needed. Room comes with washer dryer and full kitchen if you like to cook but as the property is located near all restaurants and bars we have no need to cook. Walking distant to sky train within 5 minutes. Highly recommend for people who do not require excessive hotel service. If you need they offer facility and gym etc at its sister property free of charge.

I recently stayed for 4 nights in Arcadia residences Ploenchit Bangkok. I visit Bangkok a lot for business and I always try to stay in serviced appartments, this gives a more connected feeling to the city as appointed to staying in a hotel. As this is a serviced apartment there are no staff on duty and no reception, this gives the feeling of staying in a private apartment. This may not be for everyone, however it is exactly what I look for. The property only has 10 rooms, and entrance is off a private side lane via two security doors. You are given two different security codes, very easy to use. However I was given the wrong security code first and I had to have my Thai friend call the reception at the Arcadia Suites property, their sister property to sort out the code. All was done swiftly and professionally. The rooms are brand new, and because of this there are a couple of things missing which would make the room even more comfortable. A hair dryer in the bathroom and better lighting in the bathroom would be beneficial. The overhead lighting casts a hard shadow over your face which makes it difficult to shave. In the kitchen there is a great big full size fridge, microwave oven and stove top. However there was no cutlery, bowls, cups or any cooking equipment. This was no trouble as I was not going to cook however I am sure if I asked then the staff would have looked after this request, I felt confident they would take care of this request. The location is so convenient to the local 7/11 which is no more then 50 metres away, it has everything there you can need for daily supplies. The closest BTS is the Plonchit station, only 7 minutes walk straight. You could not possibly get lost... All in all a fantastic stay and I will defiantly be back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My wife and travel to BKK on a regular basis and prefer the serviced apartments over standard hotel rooms. We recently stayed here for a few nights on a recent trip. I agree with the review from Happyinsapa that the room is new and is lacking in the essentials you would expect from a serviced apartment such as silverware and flatware. These are some fundamentals we expect in a serviced apartment and as they were missing I have given the hotel a lower rating. The place is hard to find on a side street and has no (i.e. zero) signage and therefore you can only find it by the street address which is shown on the door. There is no check in desk and the only way we got into the building was by finding the building maintenance guy who called the nearby Arcadia Hotel to send someone over to let us into the room. This took about 15 minutes and once he arrived we were told we had to come by the other hotel later to provide copies of our passport which made the whole process very inconvenient and somewhat frustrating. The location is very convenient to the BTS and highway but overall its not a place we would stay again.
