“Ripped me off”
I admit I not I miss the old Grace hotel , it was kind of dirty always crazy things going on. Staff then was more helpful, and polite. Room service spilled a tray of food in my room which wasn’t a problem in itself. But I had to clean it up with a towel because no way to walk around. Next day I… more
