Outstanding service and caring staff. Restaurant had an extensive menu and the meals all tasted great. Enjoyed swimming in the pool. Rooms were clean and tidy. The manager Mr Tanudech was one of the best mangers I have meet. He even stood in the rain to hail us a taxi so we would not miss our event.

the room is very tidy, good condetion, , the frontdesk service friendly, helpful like family members , give the feel like in home.If you are a stranger for bangkok, they also can introduce some good suggestion for you, and help you call the taxi freely. I think next i will select this place again

The Kantary chain has I believe 29 properties where I've stayed in their Sri Char, Chaing Mai several times, Nakhon Ratchasima and Rayong hotels. It's the hotel chain my company prefers to use Nationally for its business. With over 25 years living in Thailand, I have stayed in most of Thailand's 5/6 star hotels and many 4 star, as 5 star is difficult to find outside of Thailand's heavy tourist areas, such as BKK, Hau Hinn, Pattaya, Chaing Mai & islands of Phuket/Samui et al. To keep this review honest The Kantary House is a 25 year old property where the water pressure is just acceptable for one's showing and bath needs. The water temperature is excellent so it's not a deal breaker and what you'd expect with so many of Thailnd's aging hotel properties. The location is where the main international airport hotel's are situated and, as such, is a transitional incoming or outgoing tourist hotel for guests' who just need to be comfortable for a night or 2, and where, with this in mind the hotel offers good value for money, which is more than I can say for other 5-star brands I've experienced since Covid. My request for 2 toppers was met but I had issues with both my A/C units in my suite; one leaking then other unable to change settings, which were dealt with with immediacy by the hotel manager: Khun Hom Kantary House duty manager, Khun Hom, is a dying breed of 'can do' hospitality managers. Excellent spoken English with a really nice understanding way about him and excellent management skills as well as being well liked by his staff. At 62 his experience shows in his laid back manner. Khun Hom looks after his guests well where I saw no unhappy guests or overheard anything negative about the hotel, which is always a good sign. The Kantary House is a very good 4-star hotel for a transitional stay where the food is also good with extensive room service and restaurant menus of several cuisines. You can still get into the heart of BKK but BKK traffic is horrendous these days that I try to keep away from. Sky train, elevated expressway and MRT are your best friends in BKK. To venture further my experience over my 25+ years in Thailand is that the Kantary hotel group will not let you down wherever you stay and where all reasonable requests or hotels issues are dealt with quietly and efficiently and where the A/C issues were the first I'd experienced during all my aforementioned Kantary Hotel chain hotels What more could one ask from a hotel?
