“Improved facilities”
This is the 3rd time we are staying here. The swimming pool is completely new including new floor boards. The lobby is still dim but includes 2 new cafe/restaurants besides the old breakfast room. The room is functional although it still looked aged.

“Old but nice hotel ”
We stayed in King Royal like 8-9 times, hotel has easy to get around location, right on the BTS Surasak, 15 minutes to Saphan Taksin pier by walking. The best thing about this hotel is rooftop pool with awesome view! Room s a bit old with vintage furniture:) some bags and really old and dirty bathr… more

“7 day stay”
Staff were friendly.....room was cleaned and serviced everyday....had a laundry service downstairs which was a day service and well priced....had in house Thai massage.... Swimming pool are was clean and tidy timber deck old but ok .... had a gym old equipment but was very useable

“The cheapest hotel with BTS access....”
I'm a frequent traveler to Bangkok. My usual hotel was fully booked, and this was the cheepest hotel I could find with easy BTS access.
