I spent some days in this hotel with my family. Overall the hotel is good. The staff is polite and available, ready to satisfy each need from the customer. The rooms are available and comfortable. Furthermore, the staff clean the rooms every day in a perfect way. Unfortunately there’s only a problem related with the rooms: the air conditioning system. It’s too noisy and impossible to sleep with the system switched on. At the same time it’s impossible to sleep without air conditioning due to the hot temperatures. Another thing that I should ameliorate is the breakfast: no oat or soy milk for people mill intolerant and no nuts and almonds. At the end of the day, I would suggest this hotel.

“Nice enough”

We had 2 rooms adjoining which was really convenient with family. The hotel is lovely and rooms a good size with good size bathroom. We had 2 rooms adjoining which was really convenient with family. The hotel is lovely and rooms a good size with good size bathroom. Bed super comfy and 2 pools with very warm water, but they are nice and clean. The hotel breakfast was ok, not the best we've had with selection being a bit limited for us. I like the water cooler to fill up your drink bottles, that saved a lot of plastic. The staff are friendly enough but not as personal as a smaller hotel and you do feel like a number. With no trains close by it is a bit isolating in the evenings and taxi and tuk tuk drivers really ripped you off in this area which made it a real inconvenience staying here. A good priced laundry down the side road which was well priced and a local supermarket next door was really great.

“Good base for sightseeing.”

Good location as it’s a short walk to the ferry for sightseeing, lots of really cheap restaurants on the doorstep, it’s downtown Bangkok so the area is popular with backpackers, lots of hostels nearby. Good location as it’s a short walk to the ferry for sightseeing, lots of really cheap restaurants on the doorstep, it’s downtown Bangkok so the area is popular with backpackers, lots of hostels nearby. Staff are all very friendly and very helpful, Breakfast ok, lots of choice Rooms are ok but the sheets were discoloured which put me off, I’m sure they were clean but didn’t look very appealing. Air con was too noisy to leave on at night. Rooftop pool is nice to cool off but no mattresses on the wooden slated beds we didn’t fancy using one because it wouldn’t be very comfortable. There are seating areas on the roof that look nice surrounded by coy ponds but again I didn’t fancy sitting there as there was a lot of bird poop on the mattresses. As a convenient base for a few nights for the price it was ok but wouldn’t have wanted to stay too long. Definitely no higher than 3 star Well done to the staff though who make you feel very welcome.

Comfortable bed, excellent location. Strong wifi. Outstanding rooftop pool on the 8th FL with panoramic views of Bangkok. Almost a perfect stay. I was able to check-in hours early, which I really appreciated after a looong flight. I also got a room on a high floor, which I had specifically requested. I also requested a room with a view, because this was a very special occasion for my partner and I. I made the request weeks in advance but was told via message that there were no views in the Superior Classic Twin Room I had chosen. The hotel did not mention any upgrade options until I arrived on site. When I spoke to front desk after checking-in (my room view was facing a wall), I was told it would be about $10 extra per night for a room with a view. I thought this was very petty and seemed a bit like a cash grab attempt. I guess this hotel cares more about an extra $10 a night than making guests happy and their anniversary stay in Bangkok extra memorable. Too bad. If they had been upfront and transparent from the beginning, I would have paid much more for a better room. Also, there were only 3 hangers in the closet and the room was not 100% clean. Hairballs, disgusting fridge and freezer, and dirty drinking glasses. Did not try breakfast so can’t comment on that.
