“Great hotel”
Very friendly staff very clean and tidy rooms,location is near amenities shops bts line 5 minutes walk quite place to sleep overall would recommend a stay stayed while lot kathrang was happening could float one in lobby staff was in traditional dress was enjoyable to see

“Great Hotel at a Great Price”
The location is perfect; it's near to the BTS, shops, eateries, supermarkets, etc. The staff are helpful, friendly and polite. Rooms are on the small side, but are clean and totally usable.

“Overalls the service especially transportation and staff attitude needs significant improvement”
I’d rate this hotel 6/10. We stayed for 5 days & were offered a free airport pickup, but the experience was disappointing & felt unsafe.
