Great family run business with all the staff always ready to help rooms were clean and tidy and had heaps of room. This place is within close proximity to a lot of main areas but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet when you need to relax and be away from the fast paced city areas. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by and one of the main large shopping centres only 400 meters away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Chiang Rai

Pros: Quaint, family-run place. The women running the place are lovely. t was modern and stylish, especially for Chiang Rai. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The air con worked great. The wifi worked well. The flat was very clean. The property isn't in the center of town, but you can walk about 30 minutes or use the Grab app to call a driver that will take you into town for about 60-70 Baht. The property is close walking distance to an area with bars and local restaurants. There is also a very large modern shopping mall not too far away as well. The breakfast was very good with a homemade local specialty every morning such as fried rice, or vegetables. Cons: I personally would have liked some better quality towels and more protein options at breakfast such as yogurt.

This place is more like a house converted to hotel with many rooms, the rooms are neat and have most everything required, good aircon, comfy bed. This place is more like a house converted to hotel with many rooms, the rooms are neat and have most everything required, good aircon, comfy bed. The only minus point is you have to climb stairs to the second floor, so not very friendly to handicap people unless you get the ground floor unit. The staff are very friendly, accomodating and helpful. customized our breakfast to our requirement which is rare. Tip : There is a parking at the entrance check-in, they also have another lot just for parking, which is 10 meters away. This hotel is just besides the old military airport, many joggers in the evening and there may be event held there occasionally, nice old aircraft for photograph too. It's very near walking street and the CENTRAL shopping about 10 min walk. So it's worth considering getting this place for stop over or a few days stay.

this small cute hotel consists of only 7-8 rooms with lovely vicinity of old airport, transformed into recreation park, for jogging , relaxing, strolling , avoiding heat of the day. I got H03 room which was very big with 2 LCD TVs,2 airconditioners, microwave oven, electric kettle,hair dryer and safe box. Breakfast area was also lovely space with variety of food, hot drinks, juice and fresh fruit. it's also near the shopping mall, central plaza.
