“Incredible - worth atleast double the price you pay.”
Beautiful staff, huge clean rooms, balconies and great breaksfast - I was amazed for the July price of 600BT and that included a big breakfast in a lovely cafe on site. I would come back again even if I wasn't just looking for somehwhere quick to stay for the night before a flight.

“Best valeu to money”
We paid 22 Euros for 2 person and we had a VERY CLEAN room with aircondition, free water and breakfast. We were here 3 days and rooms was cleaned every day. “bit out of the way, but great service”
It was fairly easy to arrive at this hotel as it's just off one of the main arterial roads going into Chiang Mai and it helps if you have your own car, which we did. “Basic hotel but service was really good”
The hotel is isolated from town and all sort of transportation so it is a must to get a rental car (Driven on the left side of the road) Hotel is basic with good wifi and basic breakfast, but the service from the owner was fantastic!
