Dear Management and Staff of NH Hotel Hua Hin, I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for three nights earlier this week. I would like to express my appreciation for several aspects of my stay, as well as offer some constructive feedback for your consideration. First, I would like to commend the Front Office team for their warm welcome and professional service throughout my stay. They clearly communicated all membership benefits, including room upgrades and late check-out privileges in accordance with my Titanium membership status. The breakfast restaurant offered a good variety of dishes. I particularly appreciated the self-service coffee station and the availability of ice for those who prefer cold beverages. The staff were diligent, friendly, and consistently welcoming. The swimming pool area provides a beautiful view, running parallel to Phetkasem Road, and is ideal for relaxation and photography due to excellent natural lighting throughout the day. The guest room was clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping team demonstrated strong attention to detail. The welcome amenities—including green apple, dragon fruit, bananas, chocolates, and a greeting card—were a thoughtful touch. However, I would like to offer the following suggestions for improvement: Smoking in the garden area by other guests may disturb others, particularly children or individuals with respiratory concerns. Additionally, the presence of artificial grass and dry leaves may pose a fire hazard if not properly managed. A clearly marked “Food Drop-off Point” sign near the security area would improve convenience and clarity. The breakfast selection lacks seasonal local fruits, despite Prachuap Khiri Khan being known for its variety of produce. Furthermore, the quality of Thai dishes was below expectations, with repetitive menu items and limited variation. Improvements in both quality and diversity are recommended. Sofas in common areas should be cleaned regularly to maintain hygiene standards and guest confidence. Glass bottles being used around the swimming pool area present a safety risk. In the event of breakage, it could lead to serious issues. Preventive measures or policies should be considered. In conclusion, I appreciate the overall service provided during my stay. “Good value hotel”

This hotel provides good value for money for it's location, amenities and rooms. The room size is decent, and the bed is comfortable. The location is excellent, since the hotel is close to lots of restaurants, bars, convenience stores and it's not far from the beach. Still, it's not a noisy area. t… more

This hotel provides good value for money for it's location, amenities and rooms. The room size is decent, and the bed is comfortable. The location is excellent, since the hotel is close to lots of restaurants, bars, convenience stores and it's not far from the beach. Still, it's not a noisy area. the street is a quiet one. Blueport shopping mall is at a walking distance. The design of the hotel is modern and it has green spaces, the rooftop pool is great, with ocean view. There are lot's of options to choose from, at breakfast, both thai and western food.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and the staff were friendly throughout. The room was well-sized with a comfortable bed, the bathroom featured a rain shower with stable water temperature, and the aircon was cool and quiet . All the usual amenities were there, and we had a view from the room into the garden. The location works well — a shopping center is within walking distance and parking isn't an issue. For the modest price, it's very good value and we will surely be back.

This hotel provides a good value for money option within walking distance of Bluport Mall. Its ownership seems to have recently been changed. POSITIVE: - Location to Bluport Mall - Good facilities (rooftop outdoor swimming, gym, kids's pool & club, buffet breakfast) - Very comfortable room with basic amenities - Well maintained and clean - Quiet location - Good service from all the staff LESS POSITIVE: - Not many poolside seats and space. - Buffet breakfast is average. Asian/Thai dishes tasted bland, presumely for western guests. Fruit juices were made from concentrated. Small selection of fruits (no bananas). - No hair conditioner in the room. The body gel and lotion were not always refilled - No shuttle bus on weekdays.
