“Most beautiful place to relax in Thailand”

Absolutely beautiful resort on the water front views from rooms, have never stayed in such a beautiful place. Nice and relaxed island to wind down. All the staff is really nice and super accommodating. Would definitely come back

“Best location, nice villas (but hard beds)”

My husband and I had a very pleasant 6-night stay at Sevenseas Resort. We stayed in a beach front villa, which was big and newly renovated. The beach front villas has their own little gazebo (bale) with a couple of benches and a table, which was nice to sit in during rain or before/after dinner. No other outdoor furniture is provides at these villas, but we didn’t miss that much, since the beach has plenty of sun loungers. We recommend this resort! Here are our main plus- and minuses: + The resort has the best location of all resorts on the beach (central). + The Beach is steps away from all rooms/villas. + Plenty of sun loungers. + Nice & well kept swimming pool. + You can rent snorkel, mask & fins (& lifewests are free) + You can go snorkling straight out off the shore - but have to walk about 200 meters in the shallow water (Reef) first. + Breakfast is ok , with an egg station etc, but rather basic. + The Island of Koh Kradan is stunning and reminded us a bit of Fiji.seas - The beds are stone hard. - The reef is very broad and you have to walk out least 150 meters to be able to swim. But at the more upscale resort Mali at the end of the beach the reef is even broader. - Food is better at The Reef & The Sandbar at Mali Resort Sevenseas claim on their website that they are the only resort with a pool - but in fact NeXT door Reef Resort also has a small pool. -Staff was nice & friendly, although a bit uneven - There are many longtailboats with daytrippers arriving to the island, but they leave early in the afternoon and wasn’t really disturbing. - The pier on the mainland is convenianty reached in 40-45 minutes by longtailboat. (No speedboats avaiable, but we don’t like those anyway. We had a terrible, frightening trips by a horrible speedboat from ”Tiger Ferries”between Koh Lanta & Koh Mook the week before…) -

We stayed at Sevenseas Resort for 3 nights with high expectations, hoping it would be as beautiful as the photos. While the resort still has its charm, it felt quite dated—especially the lobby and our room, which clearly lacked proper maintenance. For the price, it was disappointing… sticky floors, a TV that didn’t work, and WiFi that barely existed. Even the amenities and appliances felt more like a student dorm than a luxury stay. Breakfast was another letdown—cold food, very limited options, and not the quality you’d expect for what you’re paying. That said, the service truly stood out. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, especially Jeeda—such a lovely soul who made a real difference to our stay. In the end, what saved the experience was the island itself—absolutely stunning, with beautiful snorkeling right in front of the resort.
