“Hotel is good but cleaner can be better”
I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights. The hotel itself looks nice. Bed sheet and room floor are clean. Some problems like fake flower is full of dust (on dressing table), balcony is dirty. Receptionists never smile.

“Plain and simple accomodations”
I spent three nights here. For the price it's hard to complain, except for the surly lady at the reception (who couldn't manage a smile or even a word of greeting the whole time) and the rock-hard beds. “Reasonable hotel to stay for a night”
Hotel is a simple clean and no fuss with private parking lot (at the back of hotel) and some limited lots around it. Reception staff speak zero English but they are polite enough.
