“Clean, inexpensive, large room, modern, ok WiFi.”
Great place. Good location to walk everywhere. Large clean rooms. Western style toilets. Good mattresses. Elevator. Excellent breakfast with lots of local food. WiFi worked most of the time. Had a couple disconnects. Friendly helpful staff.

“Very nice stay”
It was a very nice stay here in Phayao. Certainly worths its price. Clean and large room, hot shower (!!!!!) and fantastic breakfast. The staff speaks fluently English! This hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. It's a small hotel, with no long corridors, which I like. The staff were friendly too. There's parking right at the front of the hotel. “Well positioned - needs an upgrade. Helpful checkin”
The hotel is well positioned and there is ample parking. The rooms are old and the bathroom shower was functional. Helpful check-in and client centric front desk. The rooms need to be upgraded. This is more of a business hotel than a tourist hotel. Breakfast is adequate but lacks selection.
