“Calm and lush by the River Kwai”
We were taken aback by the beautiful jungle surrounding the resort. Arrived by long boat on the river Kwai. Rooms were set out in bungalows. Clean and comfortable. An experience to be remembered. On-site restaurant was buffet style for breakfast and dinner was either off the menu or buffet style.... more

“Remote and peaceful”
Remote with NO outside retail around. You are located in a jungle and everything is self contained in this location. Accessible by river boat but very peaceful and relaxing. Ideal for honeymoon, anniversary or time to just getaway.

“Wonderful”
Beautiful resort! We loved the boat journey to and from the resort, stunning scenery. The rooms were clean and spacious with a large shower. Breakfast was fine, dinner very good. Beautiful pool area and would highly recommend a massage. Overall a wonderful stay!

I think River Kwai Reshotel has to be the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Its like Fantasy Island! We arrived at the hotel via a longboat, a beautifully scenic journey on the River Kwai that lasted about 30 minutes. Yes, you can drive your car directly to the hotel, but the boat ride is better... more
