The room is new and nice decorated. There're a sofa and a coffee table in the room. The cable TV has many channels The elevator is small, a bit cramped. There's only one elevator. You can take the stair if you're in a rush. I'd just found out that the electricity in the room will be off at noon (although the cleaning crews still not do anything in my room). There's no shampoo in the bathroom. Don't forget to get coupon for free breakfast. You can ask for it at the front desk by informing your room number. The breakfast room is small but nice decorated. Breakfast is ordinary american and Thai food. I like their winter melon soup with pork rib, it's simple but refreshing. The hotel is a bit far from the center of town, you have to drive to find the convenient store. There's no store near the hotel. After checking out, there's no room to keep guest luggages, no bell boy to look after them. The front desk only told me to put my stuff on the floor near the desk, without label.

“Another beautiful stay!”

4th time here. ..its like my place to sleep in udonthani...nice budget for this type of hotel. Still very clean. And sorry to say..breakfast still sucks..why dont the management read the customers review and try to improve the breakfast..It's still a mystery to me! Don't get me wrong the room servi… more

This places promises a lot and does not deliver much. Rooms are OK, but don t expect the listing of TV stations to have be any thing like reality. The most common words from reception were .."no have' and 'very sorry'. It was 38 deg outside and the air conditioning really struggled , but the mosquitos loved it. My bed was covered in blood in the morning...my blood . The rooms are OK, functional on 5 floors of motel style. I had a deluxe room , bigger than a superior. It just gave the bugs more room to fly. There is no other difference as there was nothing deluxe about it. The hotel is well out of town just off the main road and near the big roundabout that take you north to Nong Kai and VTE. This is why I satay there and was probably expecting too much. That is not hard to do in Isan where the hotel standards are low and the staff often clueless. Break was OK, nothing special, but good by local standards. Be careful about the hotel pick up . It is not free and they slug you 150 bht each way , so take that into account when comparing. Just take your own inspect spray ( and more blood) The doors open straight out to the air and the bugs fly in to the light. There is vacant land near by as it is in a residential area. It is not in town.

For starters the hotel is brand spanking new, the rooms are beautifully decorated, and truly enormous the room we stayed in could be considered a suite it was so large. Spotless clean, very comfortable beds. Reasonably priced, great Thai food. However absolutely no facilities, no pool, no gym, really no grounds even, they used every square inch of the property to make the hotel. Its on the outskirts of town, which was acceptable to me as I was looking for a good place with a lower price but is inconvenient for others. We did get gouged pretty good for transportation for the five days but that happens when stay on the outskirts. Thing that bothered me was the very last day, after a perfectly enjoyable stay (we had other things to do so werent concerned about the lack of facilities). We had 4 hours after check out before we needed to be at the airport and they refused to look after our bags until we left for the airport.... I was dumbfounded Ive never in my extensive travels had a hotel refuse to look after our bags for a couple hours while we killed time before our flight. I offered to give them a few baht to look after them. Nope we dont have any place for them. Got out the old laptop for translation help thinking they didnt understand but they did they just werent interested in helping us out. It took twenty minutes of trying to explain to them this was a common courtesy, I thought every hotel in the world provided, and they really need to introduce this service if they want to offer a full range of services and just a little customer service to their clients. In the end the manager relented to the "crazy farang". Felt a bit uncomfortable leaving the bags there but with a 6 month pregnant wife dragging four suitcases around for 4 hours wasnt an option. I have to say this really ruined an otherwise pleasant stay.
