“Excellent service and great service”
Nice location near walking distance to everything 👌 and the rooms are very beautiful and clean and the breakfast was great selection 👌 Every one was so attentive and helpful.

“Convenient, Clean and Friendly”
First off - it’s true the hotel is on a busy street with restaurants and bars so if serenity is your goal then you probably want to stay in a different part of Udon Thani. “Great hotel”
The Pannarai is my go to hotel when in udon I like the big rooms with great A/C and the beds are pretty comfy.The staff are really great and helpful .there is a pool out the back which can get filled up pretty quickly as I don’t think there is enough space for guests round the pool. “Disappointed as payment directly to hotel could not be reimbursed.”
Well positioned hotel with helpful staff...good breakfast and clean. OK pool area but old and it has seen better days. Some parts need refurbishment . Penalised when requested to shorten stay.
