I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and intended to check out in the afternoon before my evening flight. However, due to an unexpected incident — a fire at Udon Thani Airport’s control room — all flights were canceled and postponed to the next day. When I contacted the hotel again, they graciously allowed me to return to the same room I had already checked out from, and even cleaned and prepared it once more for my stay. This level of service and care was truly exceptional. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Khun Min, Khun Freshy, and the Duty Manager for their professionalism and warm hospitality throughout. I first stayed here during Mister Global Udon Thani 2022, and I’ve continued to choose this hotel ever since. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Udon Thani — excellent service, attentive staff, and genuine hospitality.

“A nice place to stay”

Everything is great . Staff attitude is impressive, always have nice smile on their faces. just few details need to be improved Cleanliness of bathroom, still not spotless clean. I found soap stain around the shower room. Breakfast selection , no healthy choice of cereal provided

Starting with the positives. The room was big and clean. Shower was hot. Nice swimming pool and gym facilities. There could be a big improvement in two areas. 1. Breakfast. Hot buffet was lukewarm. As for the fried eggs - freezing cold. No top ups to food even though you've come in with plenty of time to eat. Staff aren't around, checking or being proactive e.g seeing the butter dish was clearly empty and replenishing it. Fruit flies present and no cover. Just a jug of filter coffee which surprises me for such a star hotel. 2. Customer service. On arrival to hotel early around 12.30, we weren't expecting to check in. The lady at reception asked us to wait 30 minutes and our room would be ready. We were very happy and waited. The staff member brought over the key when it was ready, and then told me that in future I'm reminded that check in is at 2pm. I didn't complain but I wasn't very happy seeing as I hadn't expected to get in to my room early. I found the interaction with staff lacklustre except housekeeping. No one even asked if we'd had a pleasant stay. The customer service in lower star hotels elsewhere in Thailand is much better

A new and modern hotel just outside the main town center but just a few minutes drive away from the main shopping mall and restaurants. The good points were the good parking (including and underground car park), the pleasant and professional staff and the overall general style of the hotel, with modern lighting and decor. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and soft however the room was smaller than expected, with the small sofa/chair only big enough for one person as well as a very small workspace to run a notebook from, especially where the room tapers off quite narrowly. Bathroom was adequate. The things I didn't like were: the toiletries in the bathroom are not individual and personal as in other hotels and items such as shower gel and shampoo are contained in large containers which every guest can use. This is fine in your own home, but not sure its hygienic to use a soap dispenser that hundreds of people have used before - particularly in a bathroom & toilet?. The bar and restaurant are quite expensive (Yes I know its a hotel) but the big disappointment though was the included breakfast. At least half the other guests I saw during my stay were western people, however the western options at the breakfast buffet were very limited. During my visit for breakfast I saw the separate egg station and in addition (in the buffet area) the option of pre cooked fried eggs, chicken (hot-dog style) sausages and huge chunks of Thai mushrooms. Fresh fruit was available (sliced pineapple and watermelon), and tea/coffee in a large pot (not freshly made). For the Thai guests, they faired somewhat better with around a dozen dishes available to them (rice dishes and soup dishes etc.). Might I suggest that the hotel makes knives available as part of the table cutlery? Not everyone eats with a fork and spoon, and despite searching every table, in the end I had to ask the staff for a knife to cut my food with. Overall - an average and adequate stay, but nothing to write home about!
