“Great place to relax”

The pool with thermal water and hammam, the sauna, balcony with barbecue, everything was perfect. The staff there also very nice and helpful. A lot of historic places to visit in the area. Highly recommend

We stayed as a family on one of the dublex villas on site. On arrival, our check-in was quickly dealt with, and we were soon in the villa. The villa was warm with underfloor heating and the children were quickly exploring, finding both a jacuzzi and the hot pool waiting to be filled. There is a shop on-site and there is a large shopping centre just 5 minutes by car for all your needs. The grounds were well kept and very relaxing, it would be great if we could spend more time there in future

I have stayed in Dündar Termal Villa with my old mother in October-November 2017 for 10 days. We like it and, of course we would like to come here again. Very big villa. Good new furniture and carpets. Floor with the heating. Clean. All devices work. There were everything, that we need: plates, cups, glasses, kettle, pans, microwave oven, gas oven, hair dryers, washer, knifes, spoons, forks, plasma TVs. Private swimming pool has ideal size 1,5 meters x 2 meters x 1,5 meters: I can quickly fill it with water and regulate the temperature. It is so relaxing... I lay in this water for 1-2 hours... with temperature about 37-38 degrees Celsius... It is really relaxing... My mother really liked a jacuzzi with warm termal water. I also like the territory: so many beautiful flowers, plants, different trees... Every day I take photos of different spices)). And there were so cute cats on the territory, I play with them every day)). The only bad thing is that if you would go by foot far away from the hotel in fields for about 1-3 km, you can be attacted with the wild dogs. So if you want to go to the shop in Afyon, do not go by feet. You must take the bus: there are buses to Afyon each 2 minutes (0,6$), they stop near Dündar Termal. When I have stayed, the wild dogs were between Alila wellness park and Afyon Kutahya Yolu. Dündar Termal is good protected agains dogs and against everyhting at all (security, video surveillance etc), but don't go outside far to the fields, even for making photos. Yes, I would like to come to Dündar Termal Villa again. This place it the most comfortable place, in which I have ever stayed before. The thermal water is very good for health. I recommend Dündar Termal for people, who are tired and want to stay in some qiuet, comfortable and relaxing place with beautiful flowers, clean air and all facilities.

“A good place worth visit again”

I stayed a duplex villa for four days with my family. I can offer to people who want to stay there. The house was so clean and staffs were so kindly. They thought most little details. There is a small market in the hotels. Its close to city center. There is a supermarket 3 kms far away.
