“Location far from activates and breakfast need improve”

This hotel is cosy and clean but need to think again about the dishes they offer and better to offer bus shutter to the downtown. The stuff are friendly and the area is quite but you can do nothing at night

Sera Nature Resort lies near Trabzonspor Şenol Güneş Stadium Spor Komplexi on a busy road. You need a car, bus or taxi to get there because it is outside the city centre. Sera Nature Resort lies near Trabzonspor Şenol Güneş Stadium Spor Komplexi on a busy road. You need a car, bus or taxi to get there because it is outside the city centre. The bed was very comfortable, but there was no chair, not even in front of the desk. No idea how I might have written anything!! Standing?? I had to leave my suitcase on the floor and to unpack and pack it on my knees. The mini bar was empty. Two small bottles of water were standing on the desk. They were meant to last for two days. I had not known it. During my stay the room was never made. It was neither nice nor funny to return to my room after a long day of excursion and to find that the bed had not been made. This is not what I call Turkish hospitality. The view from my room was towards blocks of flats with gardens or fields and car repair shops. Not very nice. On the other side of the road there was a hill with new highrises in TOKI style. The light in my room was very bad. Some of the lamps did not work and on the whole it was too dark in the room. The staff was friendly, polite, and reliable as to the wake-up calls I had asked for. The atmosphere in the dining hall was like in a hospital. Due to bad acoustics it was difficult to talk to other guests at the table. The meals were of an average quality. The breakfast offer was rich. I especially liked the cinnamon nut cake, but the others tasted very nice, too. Tea and Nescafé were available, but no real tasty coffee. The terrace cafe which I tried to find because I read it in the lift did not exist. There was just an empty roof terrace. No trace of a terrace cafe perceivable. I got the impression that the hotel is not yet completely finished. All in all, this hotel has to make some effort to improve its standard.

The staff are friendly and helpfull but need "global" hospitality skills in order to meet guest requirements and to communicate with the guests. The rooms are well furnished but small and they are very clean and new. The complementary breakfast is too basic and not buffet while we stayed but its opened buffet now as stated by the manager. The location is nice close to Sera Lake and away from the crowd and the free parking is bonus. The room/bath amenities are good too. Tea making is available in the room but the flaviours are not regulars and coffee is not provided, therefore we bought our own. Two bottles of water were provided with few days missed as well as room making was also missed but action was taken from management. We were given two rooms and the one with balcony is too small for two, as well as its shower is too small with weak water flow. The rooms are missing few touches like emergency exits and map. The internet WIFI is fine. Its 46 rooms high standard AAA B&B . As nothing is too close by your own transport for your stay is recommended. Can't say any about the price but the accommodation was below mg expectation. But will consider staying again as my expectation is different by now.
