“Wonderfull”
Professional staff, Mustafa was wery helpfull. Hotel itself and rooms are wery clean. Big parking. Extrymly good hotel and staff. There is a bar and a restourant with tasty foid. I had Choban cavurma it was wonderfull. Fitness part where you can do.your exercices ...all in all wonderfull hotel

“So far so good”
So far so good. I coming from Bosnia and Herzegovina. I’m staying here right now. Everything is okay. Hotel is so good. Ogun and Murat are the best. Thanks for everything. Definitely I will come again.

“Far below what we expect from Radisson.”
They gave us a smoking room altough we booked for a nonsmoking. The room smelled cigarette. We asked for another room but they couldn’t change. The rugs are very old and looks dirty. The breakfast was below average. Internet is poor , even some of the tv canals had errors . It was a disappointing e… more

“Typical business hotel - located outside Samsun center”
Typical business hotel. Large spacious rooms. They were clean, but I could still smell the smell from smoking (and yes it was a non-smoking room). The staff in the reception was really friendly, but their english skills were limited. When we checked in, only one of the guys were able to communicate… more
