The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Ankara. The rooms were clean, renovated, and comfortable. “Good welcome and service ”
Very good location, stuff and better than we expected,rooms are clean and prices are well too... breakfast is enough and tea in rooms also available, don’t forget the wi-fi is excellent.....recommended

“Need enhancement for members of reception and how serve customers also the breakfast not the same in the past.”
Staff members need training for service and describe the requirements of the customers needed for example sickness or didn’t like the noising that came from outside and also I hope there are some specialized service for example, discount for the students.
