Stayed at the Mercure for 6 nights in the midst of a move overseas, with two cats. “Clean, helpful, great service”
Had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. Great service from all the staff with help booking taxi from the hotel anywhere in the city. Very reasonable drinks, very clean and tidy.

“Great stay!”
the reception staff are incredibly caring and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! The location is excellent. It is right in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops.

The room was clean enough, but overall I would rate the cleanliness as average rather than exceptional.
